Can I cancel my booking after I've paid the deposit?
We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your booking, please do so within 72 hours before your event. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Luckeyia Balloons Distribution LLC retains the right to apply fees as follows; for any cancellations within 48 hours of the event, 100% of the retainer will be applied to cover expenses incurred for the preparation of the event, which includes but is not limited to the cost of materials, operating cost and lost wages. 

 

How can I hire your services?
By completing our Book Now form, we can better accommodate your event needs with one of our professional balloon artists. Please note that our services and your desired date cannot be booked or secured until a retainer of 50% or the total cost has been received.

How do I make a payment?
For arches and large deliveries, please call the store at (708) 960-0132 or email info@LuckeyiaBalloons.com. For immediate purchase, please click the Shop Now button for all our products. 

 

How long in advance should I place my order?
In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked and/or confirmed at least two weeks in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed. 

 

What are the delivery and setup charges?
The delivery and setup charges for decoration varies based on the location and time frames.

Do the prices include the removal of the decor?
No, removal of decor is not included. If this service is required, a quote will be provided.

How long will the decor last?
That depends on the environmental conditions and if the decor is air-filled or helium filled. A regular 11" helium balloon has a lifespan of about 18 hours. We can extend the float time by using Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon before inflation. This can increase the float time by several days. Air-filled decor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.

Are balloons biodegradable, or can they be recycled?
There are two types of balloons; Foil (sometimes referred to as Mylar) and Latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable but can be recycled. Latex balloons cannot be recycled but are biodegradable.

Absolutely! When you call Luckeyia Balloons Distribution LLC and speak with one of our professional designers, they will ask you questions regarding your event and the purpose of the decor. Whether you are trying to attract attention to a focal point or going for an overall ambiance, we can assist you. If you've already figured out your approximate budget, our designers can help by suggesting packages and decor alternatives that match your goals with your specific budget in mind. 

 

How are you being environmentally conscious running this kind of business?
We only use the highest quality of latex balloons available for all our installs Qualatex, Balloonia, Winntex, Tufftex , Betallic, etc., and they are 100%biodegradable. Latex is harvested from latex trees using a process that does not require chopping the trees down. Although these balloons are biodegradable, we dispose of them responsibly and we urge our clients to do the same when tearing down themselves. When using foil balloons, we recycle when possible as they can last for months.

RETURNS

LATEX BALLOONS, SHOULD NOT REMAIN TO LIGHT THE SUN DIRECTLY. RECOMMENDED NOT TO HIGH TEMPERATURES EXPOSE PROLONGED.

 

Our policy bags of balloons are non refundable or exchangeable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

All returns are subject to approval and must have a receipt showing the price paid. We charge a 25% restocking fee. Returned items must be in unopened, original packaging. Please call or email us for return authorization. Customer pays to shipping for returns.

Late or missing refunds

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Economy Shipping

 

We use several different carriers to ship packages including FedEx, UPS, and the USPS. This service is only available to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Transit times for this service are typically 7-10 business days. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.

 

Expedited Shipping

This shipping option is available for orders with delivery addresses within the U.S. This service has transit times that are typically

 

from 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that this service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date.

 

Delivery for Ground is usually 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S. 3-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.

 

Express Shipping Services

Delivery is next day for Overnight, and 2 days for 2 Day. Please note that these are business days and that Express shipments are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or on major holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the transit time.

 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

Shipping time is usually 1-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping times to locations outside the contiguous United States will be longer. Orders sent to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks. Please note that the US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail parcels. Shipping charges are calculated with USPS current rates and are based on the size and shipping weight of your order. Please remember that the ship date is not included in the shipping time.

 

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Luckeyia Balloon Distribution LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Luckeyia Balloon Distribution LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
