Can I cancel my booking after I've paid the deposit?

We understand that plans may change. However, all retainers are non-refundable, as materials and design time are allocated once your event is booked. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 72 hours before your event date to avoid additional charges. How long will the balloon décor last for my event?

We take pride in the quality and longevity of our balloon decor. The lifespan of balloon décor depends on factors such as temperature, indoor vs. outdoor placement, weather conditions, and handling. Standard 11" helium balloons last an average of 18 hours, but can be extended using Hi-Float. Air-filled décor (arches, garlands, columns, etc.) can last several days to weeks indoors, and shorter outdoors due to heat, wind, or direct sunlight. If you need décor to last beyond one day, please let our team know so we can recommend the best options.

Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?

We use both latex and foil balloons. Foil (Mylar) balloons are recyclable but not biodegradable, while latex balloons are biodegradable but cannot be recycled.
