How can I hire your services?Complete our Contact Usform, so we can better accommodate your event needs with one of our professional balloon artists. Please note that our services and your desired date cannot be booked or secured, etc. until a retainer of 50% or the total cost has been received.

How do I make a payment?Payments can be made after your quote has been reviewed and accepted. The quote will then become an invoice that you will pay accordingly.

How long in advance should I place my order?In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked and/or confirmed at least two weeks in advance. Reservations are subject to delivery slot availability at the time the order is placed.

What will be the delivery and setup charges?The delivery and setup charges for decoration varies based on the location and time frames.

Do the prices include removal of the decor?No, removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required.

What if I need to cancel?Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours prior to the event but the deposit is non refundable. retains the right to apply fees as follows; For cancellations within 24 hours of the event, 100% of retainer will be applied to cover expenses incurred for preparation of event, which includes but is not limited to cost of materials, operating cost and lost wages.

How long will the decor last?That depends on the environmental conditions and if the decor is air-filled or helium filled. A regular 11" helium balloon has a lifespan of about 18 hours. We can extend the float time by using Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon prior to inflation. This can increase the float time by several days. Air-filled decor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.

Are balloons biodegradable or can they be recycled?There are two types of balloons; Foil (sometimes referred to as Mylar) and Latex. Foil balloons are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. Latex balloons cannot be recycled, but are biodegradable.
