Thank you for your interest in Luckeyia Balloons & Distribution! Booking with Luckeyia Balloons & Distribution is simple. Start by completing our Event Design Request Form on the Contact page. Once we receive your event details, our team will review the information and follow up with a custom quote based on your vision, décor needs, and timeline. To secure your event date, we require a 50% retainer. After the retainer is received, we will finalize your design plan and handle all remaining details leading up to your event.
We recommend booking your décor 2–3 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for design planning and material preparation. However, we understand that some events are scheduled on short notice, and we will accommodate last-minute requests when possible. All bookings are subject to availability, so we encourage you to submit your request as soon as your event date is confirmed.
Once your quote has been approved, payment can be completed securely online. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), as well as digital payment options such as PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through trusted, encrypted platforms to ensure the highest level of security. If you need assistance during the payment process, our team is always available to help.
Delivery and setup fees vary based on event location, date, setup time, and the scale of décor being installed. These charges will be included in your quote once we receive your event details. Our team handles delivery, full installation, and decor placement so you can enjoy a stress-free setup experience. For specific pricing questions, please contact us with your event address and time requirements.
Pricing for décor does not include teardown or removal unless requested in advance. If post-event removal is needed, we will provide a separate quote based on the pickup time, venue access, and labor required. Many clients choose same-day or next-day removal services, depending on event type and venue policies.
We understand that plans may change. However, all retainers are non-refundable, as materials and design time are allocated once your event is booked. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 72 hours before your event date to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event may result in the remaining balance being due, as labor and materials may have already been prepared. Thank you for understanding!
We take pride in the quality and longevity of our balloon decor. The lifespan of balloon décor depends on factors such as temperature, indoor vs. outdoor placement, weather conditions, and handling. Standard 11" helium balloons last an average of 18 hours, but can be extended using Hi-Float. Air-filled décor (arches, garlands, columns, etc.) can last several days to weeks indoors, and shorter outdoors due to heat, wind, or direct sunlight. If you need décor to last beyond one day, please let our team know so we can recommend the best options.
We use both latex and foil balloons. Foil (Mylar) balloons are recyclable but not biodegradable, while latex balloons are biodegradable but cannot be recycled. We are committed to sustainability, and we encourage proper disposal after events. If you would like décor removal or eco-friendly disposal services, please let us know during booking.
