Hello Balloon Lover! I'm Luckeyia, the lead creative here at Luckeyia's Balloon Décor and Distribution. 

I'm a certified balloon artist who has been providing full-service balloon décor since 2014.  We are certified with Chicago's Minority and Women-Owned Business (M/WBE) Certification Program.  We are Chicago Public School (CPS) vendors as well as vendors with City Colleges of Chicago.

We specialize in custom balloon décor packages designed to personally suit the needs of your event in Chicago and surrounding areas.
