As a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), I’ve been creating full-service balloon décor since 2014, specializing in luxury installs, custom designs, and unforgettable event transformations. We are a certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBE), a registered Business Enterprise Program (BEP) vendor, and an approved vendor for both Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and City Colleges of Chicago (CCC).
